Promoter Terms

Bring your mates in, earn for every one who stays. Here's the deal.

Version 1.1 · Last updated 19 October 2026

1.The deal

This is an agreement between you and DenRev (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2023/005910/07), trading as Flamin Fairways. You share your own promoter code and link. For every qualifying sign-up, we pay you R20. A lifetime sign-up is one sign-up and earns the same R20. No tiers, no targets, no costs to you.

If you're registered for VAT, the fee includes VAT and you must send us a valid tax invoice each month.

2.Who can be a promoter

  • Anyone 18 or older with a South African bank account. You don't have to be an FFGL member.
  • You apply on the website and we approve each promoter by hand. We may decline without giving reasons.
  • You must accept these terms before you get a code. Your code is personal: don't share it with other promoters or sell it.

3.When a sign-up qualifies

  • The person uses your code or link, pays a membership fee in full, and the payment clears.
  • The 7-day change-your-mind period passes without a refund.
  • It's a real, new member: not you, not a duplicate account, and not someone who was already a member in the last 12 months.
  • Free sign-ups (beta, or memberships paid fully with a reward coupon) don't qualify.

4.Getting paid

  • We pay all fees that qualified in a month by EFT within 7 business days after that month ends.
  • If you're owed less than R100, it rolls over to the next month. Anything owed is paid after 12 months, or when this agreement ends, whatever the amount.
  • Your promoter dashboard shows pending, earned and paid. It shows numbers only, never who signed up.
  • If a member's bank reverses a payment after we've paid you for it, we deduct that fee from your next payout.

5.You're independent

You're an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner. You choose when and how you promote. You can't sign anything, make promises or take payments on our behalf.

You're responsible for declaring what you earn and paying your own tax. We'll ask for your income tax number if you have one, and we'll report payments to SARS where the law requires us to.

6.Promote it properly

  • Say you're paid. Every post or message with your code must clearly show it's paid promotion, for example "#ad" or "I earn when you join", as the Advertising Regulatory Board's code requires.
  • Only say true things. No prizes, no winnings, no "official handicap" claims, no promises we haven't made.
  • No spam. Only send messages to people who know you or have agreed to hear from you.
  • No fake accounts, buying sign-ups, paying people to join, or bidding on "Flamin Fairways" in search ads.
  • Use our name and logo only as shown in the brand guide we give you, and don't change them.
  • Follow the Community Rules in everything you post about us.

7.Your information

We keep your legal name, phone number, tax number and bank details only to pay you and keep the records the law requires. Only you, the admin and our accountant can see them. Bank details are kept until 90 days after your last payout. payout records (no bank details) are kept 7 years. See our Privacy Policy.

8.Ending this agreement

Either of us can end this agreement at any time with 7 days' notice by email. We can end it straight away if you break these terms. Your code stops working when it ends.

Fees for genuine sign-ups that qualify are still paid, including ones that qualify after the end date. Fees for fake or improper sign-ups are forfeited, and if we've already paid them, you must pay them back.

9.General

  • We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, you can end the agreement before the change applies.
  • South African law applies. Questions: flaminfairways@gmail.com.

Every policy, our company details and earlier versions are on the Legal page.
