Under POPIA you can see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, and stop marketing at any time. It's free.

Each button opens an email to flaminfairways@gmail.com. Send it from the email on your account so we know it's you. If you write from another address, we'll ask you to confirm from your account email before we act.

In the member app you can also download your information and switch off marketing yourself, under Settings.

We confirm we've received your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. "Stop marketing" works straight away.

When you delete your account, your profile, posts and promoter bank details are deleted. Your past rounds stay in league history with your name removed, so other members' results don't change.

A few records must be kept by law, and only those: payment records (7 years after the payment (companies act s24 and tax administration act s29)) and proof of what you agreed to (3 years after your account closes, to show we asked properly (prescription act)).
